Mindfulness in Action is a 6 week Online Certification course that primarily focuses on bringing ga a shift from “Mindfulness as a 15 minute practice’ to ‘Mindfulness as a natural state of being’. The intention is to help people feel equipped in a way that mindfulness gets extended from a mere living room practice to an everyday pursuit of life, which includes relationships, business and lifestyle.

This course also certifies you as a Mindfulness Coach and equips you with tools, activities, practices, resources and content to launch and deliver your own Mindfulness Course. After you complete the course, you will be prepared to launch and deliver your own Mindfulness Course and initiahves

This course primarily focuses on changing the notion of “Mindfulness as a 15-minute morning practice“ to “Mindfulness as a natural state of being”. The intention is to help people feel equipped in a way that mindfulness gets extended from mere “living room practice” to everyday pursuit of life, which includes their relationships, business and lifestyle. The program takes a 3-dimensional approach to help people harmonize at the Atmasthiti level (Higher Vision and Meaning), Manosthiti level(Internal mental and emotional environment) and Paristhiti level (External Situation and circumstances).

The intention is to help our students take maximum benefit from the program. Students are allowed to customize, and print the materials for both personal and professional use to meet their needs. We also encourage our students to include their own logo and branding. The course is designed to be delivered in offline and online sessions which can vary from 2 hours to 8 sessions.
